The Archives holds notes compiled by Professor Lorna Sage, as well as published notes collected by her, on autobiography and life-writing for the MA in Life-Writing course in 2000. The course focussed on “the first person as author and character, and the fertile ambiguities that subject position generates”. Authors examined in these papers include Rousseau, Wordsworth, Byron, Proust, Bronte, and others. The notes are contained in 2 files.
